ZW999 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1. Introduction

Welcome to ZW999. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ZW999 website, platform, products and services (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). ZW999 operates as an online entertainment platform offering Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slot Games, Bingo, and related gaming products.

By accessing the ZW999 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full, and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms should be read alongside the ZW999 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ZW999. Individual promotions may carry additional terms which will be stated on the relevant offer page.

ZW999 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You are responsible for checking this page periodically for updates.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use ZW999 you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ZW999 does not permit use by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be registering for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
• You must not be a person who has previously had a ZW999 account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful registration information. False information provided during registration may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

ZW999 reserves the right to request identity verification at any point. If verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, ZW999 may restrict or close the account and withhold any associated funds pending investigation.

3. Your Account

Once your ZW999 account is created, you are responsible for all activity that takes place through it. You must keep your login credentials – username, password and any two-factor authentication details – strictly private and must not share them with any other person.

Your ZW999 account balance is held in PKR. All displayed amounts, deposit confirmations, bet stakes, winnings and withdrawal requests are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. There are no hidden currency conversions applied at any point in the account lifecycle.

• You must notify ZW999 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person.
• ZW999 will never contact you to ask for your password. Any communication requesting your password is not from ZW999.
• Accounts showing no login activity for an extended period may be designated as inactive. ZW999 will contact you before applying any dormancy-related charges, which will be communicated clearly at the time.
• You may request account closure at any time by contacting ZW999 support. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ZW999 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit card, credit card and supported mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR.

Deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account or method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• ZW999 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Check with your JazzCash or Easypaisa account terms for any applicable fees.
• Deposits credited to your ZW999 account are available for betting and gaming immediately after confirmation. Processing times vary by method but JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within seconds.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Deposit page and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible.
• ZW999 processes withdrawal requests in good faith and aims to complete them promptly. Processing times depend on the chosen method and may be subject to standard banking timelines.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification checks before processing. ZW999 may request supporting documentation to confirm account ownership and source of funds.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.
• ZW999 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or breach of these Terms pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ZW999 offers a range of promotions including deposit bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions and game-specific bonuses. All promotions are subject to the individual terms stated on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active.

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses at ZW999 carry a wagering requirement, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested. The exact requirement will be stated on each promotion.
• Eligible games and markets: Not all games and betting markets contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Contributions by game type are stated in the relevant promotion terms. Sports bets placed on markets below the stated minimum odds do not contribute.
• Expiry: Bonuses and any associated free bets expire after the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically.
• One bonus per offer: Each promotion is available once per player unless the promotion terms specifically state otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly is bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds.
• ZW999 reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, any bets already placed under that promotion will be settled normally.

6. Sports Betting Rules

The ZW999 sportsbook covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series), Football, Tennis, Basketball, Esports and more than two dozen other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the ZW999 Platform:

• Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. For cricket, this means results as declared by the International Cricket Council (ICC) or the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for domestic fixtures including PSL.
• In-play betting: Bets accepted during a live event are settled on the result at the conclusion of that event. Any in-play bet accepted after an event has already concluded will be voided and the stake returned.
• Abandoned and postponed events: If a match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for an official result, bets will be voided unless a result has already been achieved and the relevant market has been settled. Postponed matches: bets will stand if the match is played within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time. If the delay exceeds 24 hours, bets will be voided.
• Pricing errors: ZW999 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error. Players will be notified and stakes returned promptly.
• Maximum payout: Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply and are displayed at the time of bet placement. ZW999 reserves the right to limit the stake accepted on any individual event or market.
• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the ZW999 system and appears in your bet history with a reference number. Screen recordings or screenshots of a bet slip before confirmation are not proof of a valid bet.

7. Casino & Games

ZW999 offers Slot Games, Live Casino (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat and more), Bingo and a full Game Lobby. The following rules apply across all casino and game products:

• All games are provided by third-party software providers. Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages and paytables are governed by the individual game and are displayed within the game interface.
• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game round, ZW999 will use server-side game records to determine the outcome of any interrupted round. The server record is the authoritative record.
• ZW999 does not guarantee continuous availability of any particular game. Games may be temporarily removed for maintenance, updates or provider-side issues.
• Bingo games run on fixed schedules. If you miss the start of a game, your tickets remain active and will be auto-daubed. Prizes are awarded based on the cards purchased before the game commenced.
• Live Casino streams are subject to network quality on the player's side. ZW999 is not liable for interruptions caused by the player's internet connection.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ZW999 Platform. Breach of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with ZW999 games, markets or the Platform in a way that is not available to standard users.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known error will be voided.
• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including claiming bonuses more than once or circumventing restrictions applied to an existing account.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market, including but not limited to poker or live casino games.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or attempting to use gaming transactions to obscure the origin of funds.
• Providing false information during registration, verification or any communication with ZW999 support.
• Accessing or attempting to access the accounts of other ZW999 users.

9. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your ZW999 account. ZW999 recommends the following practices to keep your account safe:

• Use a strong, unique password for your ZW999 account that you do not use on any other platform.
• Enable any two-factor authentication options available in your account settings.
• Never share your ZW999 password with anyone, including friends, family or anyone claiming to be ZW999 staff.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Be cautious of phishing attempts – ZW999 will only contact you through official channels and will never ask for your password.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact ZW999 support immediately. ZW999 will work to secure the account promptly. However, ZW999 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access that resulted from your failure to keep login credentials secure.

10. Privacy

ZW999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the ZW999 Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, deliver customer support and comply with applicable legal obligations. ZW999 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

ZW999 may share account information with payment processors, identity verification services and fraud prevention providers where necessary to operate the Platform safely and in accordance with these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

ZW999 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

• ZW999 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity or any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform.
• ZW999 is not responsible for losses arising from a player's failure to read or understand the rules of a game, market or promotion before participating.
• ZW999 is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control, including internet outages, payment processor downtime or third-party service disruptions.
• In any case where ZW999 is found liable for a direct loss, the maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the transaction directly giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits ZW999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12. Responsible Gaming

ZW999 takes responsible gaming seriously. Gaming and sports betting are forms of entertainment and should be enjoyed within your personal means. ZW999 actively promotes safe and controlled play habits for all players.

• Adults only: ZW999 is strictly for players aged 18 and above. If you are aware of a minor attempting to use the Platform, contact support immediately.
• Set a budget: Before depositing, decide on a personal budget in PKR that you are genuinely comfortable spending on entertainment. Never deposit money intended for bills, rent, food or other essential expenses.
• Time management: Set a time limit on your gaming sessions. Taking regular breaks is a healthy habit and helps maintain perspective on the entertainment nature of the activity.
• Do not chase losses: If you have reached your budget for the day, stop playing. Chasing losses by depositing more to recover what you have spent is one of the most common patterns associated with problem gambling.
• Self-exclusion: If you feel that gaming is becoming difficult to control, you can request a self-exclusion or cooling-off period through ZW999 support. During this period, your account will be restricted from deposits and play.

13. Suspension & Account Closure

ZW999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading or incomplete registration information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or collusion.
• Abuse of any bonus or promotional offer.
• Failure to complete satisfactory identity verification when requested.
• A request from law enforcement or a competent authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance accrued through fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Balances accrued legitimately prior to the breach may be returned at ZW999's discretion following investigation.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact ZW999 support. Your account will be closed and any verified remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

14. Changes to These Terms

ZW999 may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date at the top. For significant changes, ZW999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account.

Your continued use of the ZW999 Platform after the updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the Platform and contact support to request account closure.
