Everything about creating, managing and recovering your ZW999 account.

Registering with ZW999 is straightforward. Click the Register button at the top of any page, fill in your mobile number, choose a username and password, confirm you are 18 or above, and submit. The whole process takes under three minutes. Once your account is active, you can log in and start exploring the game lobby, deposit in PKR, and claim any available welcome offer.

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot password?" below the password field. You will be asked to verify your registered mobile number or email address. After verification, you can set a new password and log in normally. The whole reset takes less than two minutes. If you run into any issues during the reset process, contact our 24/7 support team for help.

No. Each player is allowed one account only. Creating duplicate accounts can result in all accounts being suspended and any pending balances being forfeited. If you have accidentally created two accounts or cannot access your original one, contact support and they will help you sort it out without losing your history.

Log in to your account and go to the Account Settings section in your dashboard. From there you can update your contact details. For security reasons, changes to mobile number or email require a verification step. If you are locked out and cannot complete the update yourself, reach out to the support team with your registered details and they will assist you directly.
Deposits
Depositing PKR

How to fund your account using Pakistan's most popular payment methods.

ZW999 supports the payment options that Pakistan players actually use every day. You can deposit using JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and various mobile wallets. Head to the Deposit page after logging in to see the full list of active methods and current minimum deposit amounts in PKR.

Most deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast are credited almost instantly — typically within a few minutes of completing the transaction on your end. Bank transfers can take a little longer depending on your bank's processing times, usually between 30 minutes and a few hours during business hours. If your deposit has not appeared after a reasonable wait, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the Deposit page and may vary by payment method. Generally, ZW999 keeps the minimum low so that players can start with an amount that suits their own budget. Always check the deposit page for the most up-to-date figures before initiating a transfer.

First, wait a few minutes and refresh your account balance. Occasionally there is a short processing delay. If your balance still has not updated after 15–20 minutes, note down the JazzCash transaction ID from your SMS confirmation and contact ZW999 support. The team can trace the transaction reference and manually credit your account if the funds have been received on our end.
Withdrawals
Getting Your Winnings Out

How withdrawals work and how fast your PKR reaches you.

Log in to your account, go to the Withdrawal section in your dashboard, choose your preferred method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank account or other supported options — enter the amount in PKR and confirm. Make sure your account details are verified before your first withdrawal to avoid delays. Once approved, funds are sent to your chosen payment method.

Processing times depend on the method you choose. Mobile wallet withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are generally the fastest. Bank transfers typically take slightly longer. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our team before being sent out — this is a standard security check to protect your account. Verified accounts with complete details usually experience the shortest processing times.

The most common reasons for a withdrawal delay or decline are:
  • Account verification is incomplete — make sure your ID and mobile number are confirmed.
  • An active bonus with wagering requirements that have not been met yet.
  • The withdrawal amount is below the minimum or above the daily limit.
  • A mismatch between the name on your account and the name on your payment method.
If none of these apply, contact our support team with your withdrawal reference number and they will investigate promptly.
Bonuses
Promotions & Bonus Offers

How bonuses work at ZW999 and what to watch out for.

After registering your account, visit the Promotions page to see the current welcome offer. Most welcome bonuses are claimed by making your first deposit and, in some cases, entering a bonus code during the deposit process. The bonus terms — including minimum deposit amount, wagering requirement and eligible games — are listed on each promotion's detail page. Read through them before activating so you know exactly what to expect.

A wagering requirement means you need to bet the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) a set number of times before you can withdraw the bonus winnings as cash. For example, if you receive a PKR 500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of PKR 10,000 in bets before that bonus converts to withdrawable funds. Different games may contribute differently to clearing the requirement — slots typically count 100%, while table games may count less. Always check the specific terms on the Promotions page.

Yes, in most cases you can forfeit an active bonus from within your account dashboard. Keep in mind that forfeiting a bonus will also remove any winnings generated from that bonus. Your real-money balance that was deposited separately will remain unaffected. If you cannot find the option to remove a bonus yourself, contact support and they can action it for you.

Yes. The Live Casino lobby at ZW999 runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Some specific tables may have scheduled peak hours, but the core lobby is always available.
Sports & Cricket
Cricket Betting & Sports Markets

How sports betting and PSL cricket markets work at ZW999.

Absolutely. Cricket is the centrepiece of the Sports section at ZW999. You can place bets on Pakistan Super League matches, T20 internationals, Test series and other major tournaments. Markets include match winner, top batsman, top bowler, total runs, over/under lines, and live in-play betting where odds update in real time as the match progresses.

Beyond cricket, ZW999 covers football leagues and international fixtures, as well as esports tournaments which are increasingly popular among younger Pakistan players. The sports catalogue is regularly updated to include major upcoming events. Check the Sports page to see everything that is currently available to bet on.

Live in-play betting lets you place bets on a match that is already underway. Odds change dynamically based on what is happening in the game — for example, when a wicket falls in cricket or a team scores a goal in football, the odds shift immediately. You can bet on the current over's runs, the next dismissal, match winner at any point during play, and many other live markets. Bets are accepted instantly and settled once the relevant event in the match concludes.

Responsible Gaming
Playing Responsibly

Tools and advice for keeping gaming enjoyable and within your limits.

ZW999 provides tools to help you stay in control of your gaming. From your account dashboard you can set deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion periods. These tools are there to help you manage your time and spending according to your own personal budget. We encourage all players to use them proactively rather than waiting until there is a problem. For full guidance, visit the Responsible Gaming page.

Log in and go to the Responsible Gaming section in your account settings. You will find options to set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in PKR. Once a limit is set, you will not be able to deposit beyond that amount within the chosen time period. Increasing a limit has a cooling-off period by design — this is intentional to give you time to reconsider before changing a limit you set for your own protection.

ZW999 is strictly for players aged 18 and above. Age confirmation is required during registration, and account verification may request identity documents to confirm this. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor may have accessed a gaming site, we recommend using parental control software on shared devices and having open conversations about responsible internet use. ZW999 takes this seriously and will act on any credible reports of underage use.

Everything Pakistan Players Need to Know About ZW999

ZW999 is built for the way Pakistan players actually game. Whether you are following a PSL match from Lahore and want to place a live bet on the next over, or you are relaxing at home and want to spin a few slots before bed, the platform is designed to make that experience as smooth as possible from start to finish.

Getting Started is Simple

Signing up takes a few minutes — you just need a valid mobile number and you are set. Once your account is active, head to the Deposit page, fund your PKR balance using JazzCash or Easypaisa, and then the entire game lobby opens up to you. New players should also check the Promotions page immediately after their first deposit to see what welcome offers are currently running.

Your Balance, Your Rules

All balances, bets and winnings on ZW999 are denominated in PKR. There are no currency conversions, no hidden fees eating into your balance, and no confusion about what you actually have available to play or withdraw. What you see in your account is what you have got. Withdrawals are sent back to the same payment method you used to deposit whenever possible, which keeps things straightforward and secure.

Cricket Is Always On

Pakistan is a cricket nation, and ZW999 reflects that. During PSL season, the sports section is packed with live markets covering every franchise match. Outside of PSL, international cricket — T20 tournaments, Test series, the Asia Cup, and World Cup events — keeps the calendar full. Live in-play betting is available for all major matches, so even if you did not place a pre-match bet, you can still get involved once the game is underway.

Live Casino: Anytime, Any Device

The Live Casino lobby is one of the most popular sections on ZW999. Real dealers host tables around the clock, and the stream quality holds up well even on a standard mobile data connection. Games like Teen Patti and Andar Bahar sit alongside international favourites like Baccarat and Roulette, so there is always something familiar on the tables no matter your preference.

Slots for Every Type of Player

The Slot Games library covers everything from simple three-reel classics to feature-packed video slots with free spin rounds, multipliers and bonus games built in. If you are chasing a big payout, the progressive jackpot machines pool bets across players and can reach significant amounts in PKR before they drop. New slots are added regularly, so even regular players will find fresh titles to try.

Bingo — A Different Kind of Fun

Not everyone is in the mood for slots or sports every session. The Bingo section at ZW999 offers a more relaxed pace with scheduled draws and instant games. It is a good change of tempo and still gives you a chance to win real PKR without needing to make fast decisions or follow live odds.

Bonuses Are Worth Reading Carefully

ZW999 runs regular promotions — welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, cashback deals and seasonal campaigns tied to cricket tournaments. Every bonus comes with terms attached, and the most important one to understand is the wagering requirement. This is the number of times you need to bet the bonus amount before any winnings from it become withdrawable cash. The requirements vary by promotion, so always read the full terms on the Promotions page before activating anything. Activating a bonus you do not intend to use can create unnecessary complications when you try to withdraw.

Support Is Always Available

If something is not covered in this FAQ, or you run into an issue with your account, deposit, withdrawal or a game, the ZW999 support team is available 24 hours a day. Log in and access live chat from your account dashboard — it is the fastest way to get a response. For less urgent queries, you can also reach out by email and expect a reply within a reasonable timeframe.
